 We must learn to think correctly about God and the change He has produced in our lives. If we do not do this, growth stops, worship atrophies and we “blend” into the oblivion of trend and circumstance. At PMC, we desire to be a reflection and vessel of the one true God. By sharing sound doctrine, giving honest answers to honest questions, living out true spirituality, and treasuring human relationships a ministry of biblical content is shared through opportunities such as:Race Shops: We are currently teaching a regular monthly or twice monthly Bible study for seven NASCAR teams. They are Robert Yates Racing, Roush/Yates Engines, Hall of Fame Racing, Team Rensi, Team Red Bull, Joe Gibbs Racing, and Petty Enterprises. We also teach or coach at several other race shops as we are requested. Discipleship: This summer we began a new type of evening Bible study for the racing community called Lifestyle Leaders or L-2 Charlotte. This study is made up of individuals from several groups that have committed to this 12-month study. Our goal in this is to equip and encourage these individuals to adopt a Christ centered perspective in all parts of their lifestyle therefore becoming a role-model and leader to their community. The study, in its First Phase, consists of twelve topics essential to Christian maturity and growth which is taught bi-weekly. Speaking: Kenny, in addition to all that above, has also been traveling around the country speaking to race fans in Chicago, seminarians in Pittsburgh, church goers at Orchard Hill, youth in Hilton Head, as well as college students in Lexington, SC just to name a few. |
